SRV/01App & web development

From a first MVP to the platform your whole business runs on.

iOS, Android and web — designed, built and shipped by senior engineers who'll still be here next year. Built to be handed back to your team: documented, tested and unhaunted.

Most software gets built twice: once badly, and once after someone learns what the first version should have been. We try to skip the first round. We start by figuring out the smallest thing that proves the idea, ship it fast, then grow it on evidence rather than guesses.

We work in small, senior teams — the people scoping your project are the people writing the code. No layers, no offshoring, no handing your account to someone who's never opened the repo. And when we're done, you get a codebase your own engineers can read, run and extend.

Who this is for

  • Founders who need a credible first app or web product, fast.
  • Companies quietly rebuilding the system their whole operation runs on.
  • Teams who inherited something fragile and need it made solid.

/ What you get

Built right, handed back.

01

A working product

Not a deck or a prototype that dies in a drawer — software your customers can actually use, in their hands in weeks.

02

A stack that won't betray you

Boring, proven technology chosen for the next five years, not the next demo. Easy to hire for, easy to maintain.

03

Documentation that's read

Setup, architecture and the "why" behind decisions — written so a new engineer is productive on day one.

04

A clean handover

We teach your team to fly it. No lock-in, no mandatory retainer, no holding the keys hostage.

/ How we work

Short loops, visible progress.

  1. 01

    Scope the smallest real version

We find the core that proves the idea and cut everything that doesn't earn its place in v1.

  2. 02

    Ship weekly drops

You click real software every week, not status reports. Direction corrects early, while it's cheap.

  3. 03

    Harden & instrument

Tests, monitoring and the unglamorous reliability work that keeps it standing under real users.

  4. 04

    Hand it back

Documented, explained and transferred to your team — so the product outlives the engagement.

/ Questions

Before you ask

QDo you build native or cross-platform apps?
Both. We pick the approach that fits your product and team — native where it earns its keep, cross-platform when one codebase serves you better. We tell you the trade-off honestly before we start.
QHow long does a first version take?
Our rule is roughly six weeks to a usable first version. If it's taking longer than that, we think we're building the wrong version — and we'll say so.
QWhat happens when the project ends?
We hand the codebase back documented and explained, so your own team can run and extend it without us. A clean handover is the goal, not lock-in.
